The Contract Assembly module uses XML templates to generate Microsoft
Word documents. The generation of a contract is triggered by events
from external sources giving financial systems, trading systems
or any other external system the ability to trigger the creation

Increase Productivity CMT removes the burden of contract creation and management and
controls the lifecycle of a contract from inception through legal

Our digital signature tool allows secure stamping of signatures
to Adobe Acrobat renditions of contracts. There is no need to have
Acrobat on the desktop. Signatures are stored securely on the server. The CMT Solution The CMT Server is a set of tools that extends Document Management,
adding Contract Management functionality. With the use of connectors,

The External Interface Connector listens for external systems requests.
Data from a request is used to notify the Contract Assembly module
to create a new contract based on the external feed. Contract Assembly builds a contract based on existing templates
and rule sets. CMT automates the generation of any type of contract
by assembly a single document from its parts. Each part is associated
with a rule. These rules are used to determine which content section
will be included in your final document.
After generation of the contract, Contract Assembly notifies your
in-house document management system to create a workflow, which
begins the review process. Workflow and lifecycle engines manage the location, state and security
model of the document through the approval process. Upon final review,
users can digitally sign their contracts with our browser based
